Living Your Yoga: Restorative Yoga Training & Wellness Retreat
Step away from the noise and reconnect with calm during Living Your Yoga, a mini restorative training and wellness retreat at 3 Legged Dog Yoga + Strength. This two-day immersive experience blends movement, mindfulness, and practical tools for creating balance—whether you’re a yoga instructor, educator, social worker, parent, or simply seeking more ease in your day-to-day life.
Together, we’ll explore the art and science of relaxation through guided breathwork, the Franklin Method, restorative and yin yoga, mindful music, and journaling for reflection and integration. You’ll discover how to use props, mindful habits, and breath awareness to cultivate deeper rest both on and off the mat.
All are welcome—no experience needed. The weekend will leave you feeling replenished, inspired, and ready to carry your practice into everyday life.
