Youth Yoga

Young yogis come to life in our youth yoga classes designed specifically for them. Yoga for kids and teens is about laughter and pushing limits - trying something new and being brave. Yoga has proven benefits for mental and physical health. It provides a powerful tool to help find a sense of calm and inner-strength.
Class sizes are small and space is limited; book early! Indoor class registration now open.
 
  • Teen Yoga Sol $12 per class (drop-in rate)
  • Mini + Me (parents/caregivers + children ages 2-5): $15 per class (includes parent/caregiver and one child)
Mini + Me Yoga (ages 2-5)

Channel your inner child and come stretch, breathe, move, dance, and laugh with your littles. This class is designed for parents/caregivers and their favorite young yogis.

Each class is an action-packed 45-minutes long. We encourage wiggling, laughter, and play as we move through developmental activities that will help your child develop important skills such as focus, balance, teamwork, decision making, perseverance, awareness and calmness.

Teen Yoga Sol (ages 12-18)

We're pleased to continue this one-of-a-kind experience, designed especially for area youth, as part of our DeWitt Destination Yoga Series. Power yoga, good music, fun with friends.

 

Each class is 45-minutes long and includes fully guided instructions focused on building breathe, heat, and strength within the body. Movements will start with a warm up, lead into power poses and planks, and end with a cool down (savasana).

LENGTH: 45 minutes - Wednesdays at 4pm
