R2: Relax and Restore Yoga

Restorative Yoga

Dealing with mounting stress? Feeling fatigued? Invite your body to unwind and melt the tension away in this restorative class. Whether you are a seasoned yogi or brand new to yoga, you will find total relaxation, body and mind, through linking intentional breath to basic movements. Poses can be easily modified or taken to the next edge.
Benefits include improved strength, balance and range of motion, improved respiration, calming of the mind, increased body/mind awareness, and an overall sense of well-being. If you are new to yoga, this is a great class to familiarize yourself with the different yoga postures and safe body alignment.



Power + Let Go

Vinyasa Yoga

Ideal for intermediate to advanced students

Tune into deep breaths and your inner strength. This class is for intermediate to advanced yogis who are ready to explore steady movement and challenging balancing holds. This class will end with slow, rewarding, relaxing stretches. This ancient yoga practice is good for mind, body and soul.



Run (or not) + Yoga

75 minutes; 30 minute walk/run + 45 minute yoga for runners
Start your week strong with the perfect blend of cardio and zen. 30 minutes of running or walking (your class, your pace) followed by a targeted yoga flow designed with the runner in mind, leaving you refreshed and ready to conquer your week.

This class offers you different options to meet your needs. Run/walk then yoga... or skip the first 30-minutes and join us at 6:15am for yoga only.
The run/walk portion will begin promptly at 5:45am with a 30-minute guided 2-3 mile outdoor loop. At 6:15, we will return to the studio for a 45-minute indoor yoga practice.

Every movement is intentional and determined. Move and flow at a slower pace which is great for beginners as well as advanced students alike. The slower mindful movement allows you to become more familiar with the postures and adjust them to your needs and level of practice. Don’t be fooled though, slow doesn’t necessarily mean easy! We do feel the burn in this class by building heat and strength in our body. We finish the class with restorative postures to help relieve stress and quiet the mind. You will leave class feeling renewed and rejuvenated.



Yoga Fit®

Fitness Yoga

YogaFit® is modern fitness yoga that intertwines fitness moves with basic yoga postures in a heat building and flowing sequence leading to relaxing stretches and a peaceful rest. Tiffany’s classes are modified to support both a beginner or a more advanced yogi.
You will move from one pose to the next quickly which provides a good physical workout. All physical yoga is hatha yoga. Hatha means “hot and cold” balance, and yoga means to join or to “yoke.” Each class will flow through a fluid sequence of postures which improve balance, strength and flexibility. We will also focus on breath control and mindfulness and end each class with relaxation.

This class will awaken your yogi energy to the start day. A traditional vinyasa class to connect mindful breath with intentional movement. Expect to be guided through traditional sun salutations (set of postures) and then dive deeper into your practice with a creative flow. Postures in this class will help build warmth and strength in the body while expanding flexibility. This class will leave you feeling grounded and ready to go forth in your day.



Candlelight Aromatherapy Yoga

Treat your senses with this Vinyasa (flowing) yoga paired up with the power of essential oils to help you feel restored and revitalized. Let go of what has not been serving you this week and pamper yourself.

This class offers a light-hearted and supportive environment for students to tune in and listen to their bodies. Detailed cues will take you through restorative postures. Each pose is held a little longer than in a conventional yoga class to relax the body, reduce stress, and restore aching muscles. Whether using a large or small range of motion, this class encourages students to move in ways that are functional for their joints.
