Class Descriptions

R2: Relax and Restore Yoga

Whether you are a seasoned yogi or brand new to practice, you will find something in this 60-minute gentle flow. Each class will link breath to movement with poses easily modified or taken to the next edge. Appropriate for all levels.


Benefits of vinyasa yoga include improved strength, balance and range of motion, improved respiration, calming of the mind, increased body/mind awareness, and an overall sense of well-being. If you are new to yoga, this is a great class to familiarize yourself with the different yoga postures and safe body alignment.

LENGTH: 60 minutes

Power + Let Go

Sweat and good vibes. Tune into deep breaths and your inner strength to bring you to presence and peace. This class is for intermediate to advanced yogis who are ready to explore steady movement and some long holds for challenge. We will end with slow, rewarding, relaxing stretches. This ancient yoga practice is good for mind, body and soul.


Benefits include strength building, flexibility, balance, cardio and mental stamina.

LENGTH: 60 minutes

Run/Walk. Yoga. Breathe.

A powerful combination of cardio, strength, and mental clarity. This class begins with a 30-minute guided run/walk (2-3 mile loop) - your pace, your race -  and leads to a serene, waterfront 45-minute yoga practice ending with a calming savasana gradually relaxing one body part at a time, one muscle at a time, and one thought at a time. The goal is to loosen tight spots and strengthen weak spots. While created with the runner/walker in mind, all are welcome.


Belongings must remain locked in your vehicle during the run portion of this event. Time will be provided between the end of the run and start of yoga to gather belongings, ditch the sneakers and set up your yoga space.

Slow Burn

Every movement is intentional and determined. Move and flow at a slower pace which is great for beginners as well as advanced students alike. The slower mindful movement allows you to become more familiar with the postures and adjust them to your needs and level of practice.


Don’t be fooled though, slow doesn’t necessarily mean easy! We do feel the burn in this class by building heat and strength in our body. We finish the class with restorative postures to help relieve stress and quiet the mind. You will leave class feeling renewed and rejuvenated!

All Levels Yoga

Learn the fundamentals of yoga! Classes include detailed explanations of poses and lots of options to scale to meet your fitness needs. You’ll feel empowered, energized and eager to come back.


These extremely accessible classes are perfect for anyone looking to develop a practice of conscious, mindful movement with some support—from seniors to world-class athletes. Come join our yogi community.

Rise + Align

This class will awaken and bring the yogi energy students want to the start day. Students will connect mindful breath with intentional movement. Expect to be guided through traditional sun salutations (set of postures) and dive deeper into your practice ending with a creative flow. Postures in this class will help build warmth and strength in the body while expanding flexibility.


This class will leave you feeling grounded and ready to go forth in your day. We welcome all levels of yogis to this class.
