A welcoming environment for new and experienced runners - your pace, your race. Each walk/run will have an experienced, motivating, and accepting leader with a scheduled workout to help you focus on intentional training. This organized, disciplined, and surprisingly fun activity will get you outside for a fresh-air run, even on the days you don't think you have it in you.
Run Club offers two focused workouts a week, each lasting one hour:
Wednesdays at 6:00pm: Interval Training
Saturdays at 9:00am: Endurance Training
Enjoy the support and camaraderie of other runners of all abilities - use this opportunity to collaborate and learn from others to improve your training techniques and establish sustainable routines for your own health and wellness.
After each run, join the crew for a beverage - Wednesday nights at Looking Glass Brewery and Saturday mornings at Reputation Beverage Co. As a Run Club member you will receive deals on drinks at both local businesses.
$55 for 8-sessions in February or $10 drop-in per date.
Kids Snowga! That's yoga in the snow
January 30, 2021, 10-11am
Wear your mittens and hat and join us for some fun outdoor yoga in the snow - guaranteed laughter and smiles. This event will be a relaxed, family friendly outdoor yoga class tailored for parents and their children (all ages welcome but tailored for ages 5-10). This class is all about enjoying some winter fresh air, connecting with your child, and having fun trying some yoga poses in the snow.
We will start with introductions and a short warm-up, followed by a series of yoga poses suitable for all ages and abilities. At the end, all participants will get a cup of hot chocolate to enjoy.
10-10:15am Welcome and warm ups
Hot cocoa and fun in the snow No special equipment or prior experience needed. All ages welcome for this Snowga event (including adults). Masks are not required at this outdoor event. Please plan to keep 6ft social distance from non-family members. Hot cocoa will be served grab n' go style with safety precautions in mind.
$10 per child or $20 per family (2 or more children). Adult chaperones are invited to participate for no additional charge. Adults must remain present for the duration of the event.
3ld 200hr YTT (yoga teacher training)
February 15 - April 27, 2021
Deepen your yoga practice and begin your journey as a yoga instructor with 3LD 200 hour yoga teacher training (YTT).
YTT will be led by lead instructor Mariah Knight and accompanied by several guest teachers. Students will learn a solid foundation on their journey through yoga teacher training by exploring anatomy and safe alignment. Students will learn how to create and teach their very own vinyasa and slow flow practices.
Through our YTT students will practice incorporating a more yogic lifestyle in our modern world while understanding the roots and lineage of these practices. We’ve designed the training schedule to fit with the demands of your life by including a mix of in-person, virtual and independent training methods. Most uniquely, we offer our newly renovated beautiful studio space for your independent use when classes are not in session. Use the space as your own for meditation and independent practice – make it your own!
A 200 hour teacher training is big a commitment of one’s own time, it will deepen students relationship with their own self, yoga practice and students will be able to safely share this practice of yoga with the community.
Training Schedule: February 15 – April 27 ( 1 week break; March 28 – April 4)
60 in-studio hours with 3-hour classes on Mondays and Tuesdays from 6-9pm
20 additional hours with 2 drop-ins per week (in-person or virtual)
40 hours of flex studio time for independent practice (may also be completed out-of-studio)
40 hours of reading/study (4 hours/week)
20 hours of journaling (2 hours/week)
20 hours of meditation (2 hours/week)

Cost: $2,450 (includes complete training, yoga books, class binder, 2 drop-ins per week, and optional 4 hours of studio time per week for independent use)
