A welcoming environment for new and experienced runners - your pace, your race. Each walk/run will have an experienced, motivating, and accepting leader with a scheduled workout to help you focus on intentional training. This organized, disciplined, and surprisingly fun activity will get you outside for a fresh-air run, even on the days you don't think you have it in you.

 

Run Club offers two focused workouts a week, each lasting one hour:

  • Wednesdays at 6:00pm: Interval Training

  • Saturdays at 9:00am: Endurance Training

Enjoy the support and camaraderie of other runners of all abilities - use this opportunity to collaborate and learn from others to improve your training techniques and establish sustainable routines for your own health and wellness.

After each run, join the crew for a beverage - Wednesday nights at Looking Glass Brewery and Saturday mornings at Reputation Beverage Co. As a Run Club member you will receive deals on drinks at both local businesses.

$55 for the month or $10 drop-in per date.

Learn Yoga Workshop

Begins May 1st!

It can be intimidating to try something new. If you're curious about yoga and looking for a place to get started - this workshop is for you!

 

Develop a daily practice with our Learn Yoga Workshop. Each class will begin with a group conversation of the fundamentals of yoga and a demonstration of foundational yoga poses. You will then enjoy a yoga practice designed to balance your mind, release tension, and feel better in your body.

 

You’ll experience the benefits of yoga as you work through short flows that break down the elements of Vinyasa - linking your breath to fluid movements: sun salutations, seated stretches, core work and balances.

 

These classes are designed to feel welcoming and accessible while also helping to push you to expand your limits and help you grow within your practice.

Dates: May 1, 8, 15 and 22

Time: 10-11am. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to kick off your shoes and set up your mat. Doors lock and we will begin promptly at 10am.

Cost: $65 for the 4-week series; limit to 6 total participants.

Equipment Needed: Yoga mat and a water bottle. Comfortable clothing you can move it. Most yogis choose to go barefoot - you are welcome to wear socks if you prefer.

Social Distancing Guidelines: A mask must be worn at all times while in the 3LD studio, including during the class. No equipment or water will be provided due to current safety guidelines. All class reservations and payments must be made online prior to attending - no cash or in person payments will be accepted at this time. Please stay home if you feel sick, have a fever and/or have had direct known contact with someone diagnosed with COVID-19 within the past 48-hours.
